The Old House Chair pairs a deep heritage green ground with a delicate, rhythmic motif in muted gold, creating a pattern that feels collected rather than newly made. Its low, generous silhouette and gently tapered wooden legs give the piece an understated mid-century character, while the richly printed velour brings warmth and depth to the room.

Designed as an occasional chair, it works beautifully beside a fireplace, in a reading corner, bedroom or drawing room — equally at home among antiques, layered textiles and traditional interiors or used as a characterful counterpoint in a more contemporary space.

Each chair is made to order in the UK, with the upholstery individually printed, cut, sewn and upholstered by hand. The design is reproduced using dye-sublimation printing, allowing the pattern to become part of the fibres of the fabric rather than sitting on its surface.
