1. Order Processing: 2–5 business days. All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, with the majority of our products ready for dispatch in just 2 business days.

As many of our pieces are made to order, this processing period allows our production partners to carefully prepare your items before shipment.
Processing times are separate from shipping times and may occasionally vary depending on the product, order volume, or production requirements.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times: 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch, including many international orders. We are pleased to offer fast shipping on the majority of our collections. Most eligible products are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, including many international destinations.
This estimated delivery timeframe applies to most products in the following collections: Bedding: Most duvet covers, bedding sets, pillows, and other bedroom textiles. Home & Decor: Most decorative accessories, home textiles, and selected homeware. Wallpaper: Most of our wallpaper designs, including made-to-order options. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, the specific product, and the shipping service available for your order.

3. Furniture & Special Shipping Exceptions: while most of our products benefit from our standard delivery timeframe, a small selection of items may require additional processing or shipping time.
These exceptions primarily include furniture, oversized items, and certain specialty products that require specific production, packaging, or transportation arrangements.
Delivery estimates for these items may vary depending on the product and destination.

4. International Shipping: we are delighted to bring Tess Wilde & Co. to homes around the world. Many of our products are eligible for fast international shipping, with estimated delivery times of just 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. International delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking: once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
You can use this information to follow your order's journey and stay informed about its estimated arrival.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Shipping Delays: we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures, courier disruptions, peak shopping periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
